Rescued Remnants - Bookmark

Textile waste is a huge issue and in an attempt to avoid adding to the problem, I have developed a 'Rescued Remnants' collection - these are items I have created using the small leftover pieces of yarn from other projects. These unique pieces may have knots or other 'perfectly imperfect' accents but they are full of character and a zero waste product from my studio.
This colourful bookmark is created with recycled Sari Silk and a small amount of red wool that I have spun on my tiny Turkish spindle.
Materials:
Handspun recycled Sari silk with a small amount of handspun red wool.
The fringe is 100% cotton.
Measurements:
The total length, including fringe is approximately 16cm.
Length excluding the fringe is approximately 10cm.
Width is approximately 4cm.
